# HyperSwitcher 1.8.0

This release adds Hyper double-tap navigation and more control over app and window switching.

## New

- Double-tap Hyper to go back through window history. With the built-in Hyper key, hold Shift while double-tapping to go forward. This is enabled by default and can be turned off in General settings.
- Shortcut Groups can now cycle through all apps, opening closed apps when reached. New groups use this mode by default; choose Running apps to skip closed apps.
- Choose Disabled under Window switching to keep repeated app shortcut presses on the current window. The separate window-cycling shortcut remains available.

## Changes

- Using a window after returning to it through history makes it your most recent window while keeping the other windows in history.
- Apps settings now let you jump to any Shortcut Group an app belongs to, and the Assigned filter includes apps with a group shortcut.
- Completed missing German, French, and Spanish translations, including status messages, layout hints, and licensing errors.

## Fixes

- Opening a closed app now waits until you release the shortcut modifiers, preventing them from affecting the app's launch.
- Reopening an app's window no longer pulls focus back after you choose another window with HyperSwitcher.
